Yes — both Old Northeast Historic District (designated 2003) and Granada Terrace Historic District require Historic Preservation Commission review for exterior changes visible from a public right-of-way. We handle the HPC submittal as part of our standard contract and we don't order materials until approval lands.
What's the right siding for a Snell Isle Mediterranean Revival?
Original Snell Isle homes shipped with stucco — we don't replace original stucco with siding because it destroys both the architectural integrity and the resale value. Instead, we offer stucco repair and re-coat services as a specialty, plus accent areas (gables, dormers, garage doors) where fiber cement or HardieTrim® board-and-batten can complement the stucco field. For Snell Isle teardown rebuilds, we install the full James Hardie line including Aspyre® Artisan® for the premium architectural look.
Do you serve Shore Acres and the flood-zone neighborhoods on the bay side?
Yes — Shore Acres, Snell Shores, Venetian Isles, Bayou Grande, and the bayside neighborhoods are some of our most active project zones, and most are in FEMA flood zones AE or VE.
